I wish I could give this place "negative" stars. ...

I wish I could give this place "negative" stars. I brought my cat in last week for an issue with her eye, looked like conjunctivitis. The trip cost around $250, and they whatever they gave her is not working, and instead of apologizing, they are demanding $55 to even look at her eye again. This is the worst customer service. The manager is calling me tomorrow to discuss so I will give them a chance to redeem themselves, and based on how it goes, I will update this post.
