Sheer frustration. By virtue of circumstances, it is necessary to dwell in it. And every time the hotel is something that spoils the impression of the trip. The quality of the rooms leaves much to be desired - and repairs, and furniture, and design, and plumbing, and bed. On my last visit, the smell on the floor when you get out of the elevator and walk to the room was just awful. There used to be another story when in the middle of the night a stranger entered my room, who for some reason was placed in an already occupied room. There were unpleasant financial stories. In general, a good restaurant here is where you can have a tasty breakfast and dinner. Ah, well, and still a good location - next to the hotel is the entrance to the subway, and near the river, along which it is very pleasant to walk.
