I walked into the Helms Brother Mercedes dealer and the receptionist was very, very helpful. I didn't by my car from them but the service was excellent. Mike Altamura came out very pleasurable. He took the time to help me set up my navigation system, and what he didn't know he went and got Anthony Ferraro who also helped. These guys are awesome, I have never had such an exceptional experience with these guys and Helmsk Brothers employees. When its time for me to purchase another Mercedes I will definitely by from. I'm all about customer service. Even, though I didn't purchase my car from them the service was AWESOME. Thank you again Mike Altamura and Anthony Ferraro you guys are the best. They deserve a raise in my opinion.
