I booked 10 months in advanced but as soon as covid and unforeseen circumstances arose and I was not able to leave my country I asked to cancel my booking or very kindly and conservatively ask for credit. Due to covid and not being able to leave my country is a legitimate reason M mind you. I asked like 6-10 months before my booking. And still got rejected by the manager by email. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to staying with this franchise bc I've heard good things but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, regardless of the terms and conditions they were not willing to compromise at all. Not happy. :(
