VERY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service, so much so i felt the need to write this. I lost my bank card today and I went back to see if someone has kindly handed it in. I spoke to an Asian guy who told me my card was there. After giving him my full name he refused to give me my card back with out proof of ID. NOT an ounce of empathy even tho i was clearly stressed out having thought id lost my card and in the middle of central London with no money. He treated me like a criminal and was extremely unhelpful. I stood there in shock as he slammed the safe box and locked it and then walked away to carry on serving even tho i had asked to speak with a manager. A female member of staff asked me for a picture on my phone and i told her my battery had died, she starting laughing and shaking her head at me trying to make fun of me. APPALLING BEHAVIOUR. Please train your staff on BASIC customer service this is not good enough. You are there to make your customers happy not annoy them. Eventually i did get my card back but it was not a pleasant experience.
