I had the same problems with one guest, damages for 30.000 and Airbnb don't pay. Someone to know the numbers phone managers please?. Impossible to Speak with someone. Theyre Legal department in Europe its only one mail!!!
The people with the same problem or similar contact me please for legal cause , the union its a force!
