Very poor customer service. Placed an order and after a full week there was no movement on processing. I opened a ticket to find out approximate timelines, as suggested, I received no response. I called. No response. I emailed. No response. I tried Facebook, no response. It wasn t until I said I would file a complaint with PayPal for a full refund that they responded. Only to tell ME I was being unprofessional. I can not recommend this company and based on the 2 star rating here, I see I am not the only one.
