We have done big bus tours in many cities, but London does poorly for comparison. The stops are easy to miss. Since there is often bad weather in London, I think the upper floor of the bus should be equipped with a convertible roof if necessary. So it would be possible to sit upstairs even in the rain. Unfortunately we had rain very often, so the buses on the lower floor were overcrowded. When the sun came back you couldn't go up again because the seats were all wet. There is definitely room for improvement here. However, this affects all hop on hof companies in London.
