Should've looked on here first before ordering from them online. If you can skip this place. Bad customer service with a damaged product!

Ordered a Northface jacket for my pops from here. It was priced reasonably. Ordered on the 19th and received it on the 28th. There shipping is atrociously slow. Missed Christmas but my dad liked the jacket until he saw that there was a slit in the sleeve that down feathers were popping out of. My dad is in his 70's and is not climbing rocks or rolling on the ground. He wore it around the house. He's retired. So we initiated a return because there is no way he made that cut himself.

We tried to return it but there returns department would not take it because it "smelled like it was heavily used." What? I called and asked them to clarify. They said it smelled like a person. Ha? I asked them to explain the smell- smoke? Meatballs? Farts? What the heck?That is the strangest reason I have ever received for an unreturnable item.

This is what it boils down to. You may by lured by the cheap cheap prices. Rightfully so. But beware if something ever goes wrong with your order, you are out of luck. It seems like this place can get by on cheap prices because they never take anything back no matter what is wrong with it.

Pay a little more by ordering from a place with good customer service and returns. Lesson learned.
