I went there with a friend because I had a coupon for an afternoon tea for two. When we arrived, they said it was already redeemed, but of course it wasn't. I stayed and I ordered an afternoon tea+prosecco. the prosecco never came, but they still charged it. When I asked for a refund for the prosecco, the manager asked me and my friend to drink it just before leaving the restaurant. We were already full, so we took just a sip. Such an unpleasant experience. I put two stars just because the food was very good and fresh.
