Unfortunately I went to Service in June and had a terrible experience. Have a 2016 Honda Civic and A/C was not cooling. Service Director was terribly rude and did not want to assist in rectifying problem. Honda Corp. stepped in and took over. Prior to this, never had a problem but first time dealing with Service Director. Update 8/2019 still not cooling. Blowing air 80 degrees. Called and told them right after bringing car home.
