I was given a baritone horn that was playing very sharp. I called Cadence and they came to car, got horn and made diagnosis. They gave me several options for a new /used horn and so wonderful. I never left my vehicle. I haven t had such great customer service in YEARS!!! These employees (Luke and ???) were incredible!
