I love that they kept the old steer statue atop The structure from the I days when it was previously known as the Boalsburg Steakhouse. The steer is a local landmark.

The Food here has been great the vast majority of the times I've been here. Only 1 time out of many visits did I get food that disappointed me and it was because the salmon was aged a tad too long. I was surprised that at the prices being paid that it was served with about a quarter inch of brown one the filet. That only happened once and I suspect the head cheddar was not present for it. Mind you the salmon still tasted good, just a bit on the fishy and not fresh side that you might expect for a high-end seafood restaurant. Given how far inland we are, I suppose I shouldn't judge this too harshly, hence the 5/5 rating.

Their steaks have never disappointed me.
