All aspects of the conversion to Dish with Johnston Communications were outstanding. I would highly recommend their services today ... and hope that I will be equally pleased in the future. Pricing was right and service to date has been superb. In particular, Trisha was informative and helpful during the sales phase and Mike was simply great with the installation. Programming is what you pay for, but I would like to see Dish connect to Amazon Prime as easily as Netflix.

Johnston Communications was a referral from a friend, one of the best I ve had in a long time. What a nice experience, what pleasure to walk into a showroom and actually speak to a person instead of a phone zombie . Barb was very pleasant, personable, and professional she answered our questions put forth ideas in a friendly way, something you don't often get these days. Mike the installer was again superb, knowledgeable, professional, quick, tidy. These two people have something many peole don't in this day and time courtesy and pride in their job .

The go-to place for TV programming. Its really nice to deal with local people instead of someone in far away land! They also do great work. The Hopper 3 is amazing.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Johnston communications. Everyone at their office is SO, SO nice and helpful. I have used them for my house and business. They have helped me save money on some of my installations. They are always to willing to answer any question or help me figure it out.

I have had internet service through Johnston Communications for nearly 3 years. All of the contacts with them have always been the highest in service--Barb does a fabulous job of making my day each time I call!

The technician they sent out, did a fantastic job. Friendly, clean, and full of energy. Didn t let anything stump him. He was quick and able to adapt to several unforeseen issues that came up. Highly recommend Johnston Communications.

While unfortunately Johnston was unable to help me (through no fault of theirs) the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and kind. She went out of her way to try and get me the best deal possible and even made sure that I didn't chose an option that wasn't going to be in my best interest. I would 100% recommend this company.

Very happy with Johnston Communications and the service I received from them. The install tech did a great job.

We moved recently and had to cancel our Friday install at the last minute. On Monday we were told the first available install would be a week from Tuesday. They put our name on a list in case they had a cancellation, and there was a cancellation that same day. Our install was done on that Monday, quickly and efficiently. Johnston Communications provides great service!
