My cats paperwork wasn t put together correctly when I 1st picked him out. They weren t sure what he was updated with since not all the information was logged into the computer system under him. I later was emailed his records. & I waited over a week almost 2 weeks just to get back AFTER he was brought back in to get neutered for my $100 fee returned back to me. Due to someone forgetting to give me a call back once the check was ready for me to come back down to there location to pick it up. The cages are smelly and dirty both in the cats and dogs cages. But I m happy with the furry cat I have. However I was pretty badly bitten by one cat & it still was allowed to be later petted by other people. A family with children seen the attack when it happened I quickly reported it to the staff that were there washed with soap & water my hands and then later the situation was investigated by someone who emailed me requiring the full details.
