Personally, I have the premium formula. Recently my dog had pancreatitis, the vet had to give her an ultrasound and give her care, ECA reimbursed me as it should be compared to my formula by deducting the deductible provided. I created my account on their site, so document transmission is very simple and if anything is missing, ECA will contact you. After that the veterinarians must "play" the game too, their description must be clear because sometimes it is a little light and suddenly the insurance revives. To avoid unpleasant surprises, it is enough to read the general conditions as well as the guarantees of its chosen formula, as for example for the pancreatitis of my dog there was an ultrasound and I know that the ultrasound guarantee in my formula at a limit in the ceiling so just follow that not to be surprised. I hope that my satisfaction with ECA will continue, here I think when we are satisfied we must say it too. As I have two dogs and that financially this formula makes me too much, after having discussed with an adviser, I will switch to the formula of before which provides the same guarantees with a lower ceiling of course, but here I was well advised. Soon I will have the annual vaccination to do, and last year I provided the invoices and immediately the insurance reimbursed me up to one vaccine per year as specified on the guarantee. Personally, I would recommend taking an accident and illness formula rather than one or the other
