I was advised that my booking was cancelled 2 months ago & given an on-line credit, which I neither wanted nor asked for!! Despite contacting an agent, Theo Nkese many, many times requesting a refund & submitting a complaint on-line over 2 weeks ago & receiving an automated response, advising that they would respond within 3 days, still nobody has bothered replying to my messages or issuing a refund. When you try & call them & select the optiom for refund the automated voice tells you to refer back to their website & contact them this way?? I'm more than happy to contact via emails & websites. However, it would seem that no matter what method of contact you use, you are not going to be
responded to. I have been in contact for 2 months now & I'm no nearer to resolving my issue. **I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING & NONE EXISTENT!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO RATING IF I COULD!! AWFUL COMPANY!!**
