We have the home alarm system. We couldn't be more pleased. Their reaction time to an alarm and efforts to notify us are outstanding. The other returning from shopping I thought I turned off the alarm but apparently had not. And went about outdoor chores. After not reaching me via the panel or cell phone, they contacted my neighbor. Later in the day, I had an email notifying me of the alert and the list of actions they took. Another time after I had closed the garage door, it had blown open the door to the house. I was a half a block from the house and received a phone call from them. The smoke alarm has gone off more than once while cooking and producing a good amount of smoke. The glass breakage alarm is just as sensitive. I have to finish cleaning up the kitchen dishes before setting the alarm in the evening or the alarm is set off. While I could have them set the sensitivity lower, I like it just the way it is. We also have a water alarm in the basement. We don't have any other Vivant services, just the security system. We've had two other companies. Denver Burglar Alarm and they were wonderful. But they were purchased by another company and the service went down hill. We've had ADT and that was a waste of money. Never got any notices of alarms going off and I had returned home once to a screaming alarm. Once was enough for me to cancel their service. My daughter had the same issue twice with ADT. The customer service agents are usually quite helpful and provide what is needed. Only once did they fail to provide a new motion detector I needed before we left for an extended vacation. If I've had an unsatisfactory answer or didn't get the help I needed I just called back a few hours later. I'd recommend Vivant without any reservation for home security.
