I was wrongfully charged for a cleaning expense. In a matter of an hour and a half spanning from whence I was dropped off to when I received the updated email receipt, the company "Uber" made the decision that I somehow owed one of "their" drivers $150. It has not been confirmed that there was an invoice that shows a professional cleaning service detailing that vehicle. The only details disclosed to me where some half shot pictures of what seems to be "vomit" but could have been easily staged. Through no fault of my own or without any consideration to the consumer, "myself", the company "Uber" reserved the right to take advantage of my card on file to compensate what seems to be a scam. Anyone reading this beware, through my in depth research the company "Uber" is solely protected and has reserved their right to take advantage of the riders that instills their hard earned money and trust in them. I will no longer be using this so called company for my transportation needs and I hope this helps anyone to make their decision in this matter.
