Wish I could give a 0 or even negative star values review. This company is a joke. Refuse to work with you, and hang up on you too. Finally reached a manager and all he could say is "oh it looks like yall are lucky with this low amount of debt". Right, except all the charges, from the apartment the billing is from, are bogus. I will be writing the attorney general's office, the way this company handles things is dishonest and illegal.
