The stay in the end sucked. The room was adequate...

The stay in the end sucked. The room was adequate, and service was friendly. But i got charged extra money for someone else going to the bar and using our room number to pay for their drinks. Think they should have a better service than that. No charging to rooms should be allowed. Only cash or credit card and verify ones identification as well. And to top it all off i was told I'd be reimbursed today, and yet have seen the money or a phone call explaining why not.
