Ultimately, it's overpriced. The rooms are nice, just not $300/night nice. The up charge is for the history and location, I suppose. The breakfast leaves a lot for wanting and costs quite a bit. I think the diner in town is comparable in quality. Coffee was bad. The amenities are OK.
