Absolutely worst afternoon tea I ever had. When we arrived, there was no reservation even though I booked a table and called one more time just before to check if the reservation is still there for us. The management took my phone to scan the voucher for afternoon tea and just left it somewhere, when I came after half an hour where is my phone no one didn't know where is it. There was absolutely no organisation whatsoever, no one didn't know who is taking care of what table, who is doing what. As a former waitress this was absolutely psycho to watch this mess! The manager or supervisor just came to us very quickly ask what tea do we want without telling us afternoon tea is on its way. When they brought it I was shocked, two tiny sandwiches and tiny cakes, not even nice ones! Absolutely waste of time and money. It was my birthday on that day btw and I was just really upset about the whole experience so won't come back.
