The people working in reception are very kind, and the nurse I see is nice and cares, but the billing department here needs improvement. I've tried contacting them for 3 1/2 hours to see if my procedure will be covered by insurance but no one is picking up. I spoke with people working in the lab and with reception and they couldn't give me the codes my insurance was asking for. As a patient you have to know if your insurance covers your procedure, but that is impossible when they don't know what you're talking about.

Finally someone in reception called the lab department for me and got the codes (even though I had already spoken to them and asked for them which they didn't provide). THREE AND A HALF HOURS on the phone to just get the information. I'm grateful that reception finally called someone for me and got it, but it took way too long. Please improve your practices.
