Veterinarian was super knowledgable and thorough on the options, procedure and pricing for what my pet needed to have done. I'm only wanting to dock a star because the receptionist wasn't all that friendly/warm welcoming when we arrived. She called my pet by the wrong name. I get it it was the beginning of the day and everyone seemed like they were still waking up. But that positive attitude once you clock in and start your work day should be everything. It was my first time here and I was just expecting a more upbeat experience checking in
