While I was in between positions I reached out to Paula Fletcher at Option 1 Staffing. Being a Masters Level candidate I had my doubts I would find a placement I loved...needless to say Paula, Lisa and Option 1 exceeded my expectations with my experience and placement with them. Option 1 took the time to get to know me, my work experiences, my passion areas, and I felt she had my best interest at heart. Paula connected me with an amazing opportunity at Stanford University and I have been loving my time at Stanford. Would definitely recommend Option 1 if you are unsure about your career trajectory or just looking for some guidance on the best match and fit for a position. Option 1 was very communicative and informative as well. I felt I was looped in during my on-boarding process and getting me connected with Stanford. Communication and transparency is this company s strong suit. 10/10 would recommend!
