I travel a lot and stay here a few times each year...

I travel a lot and stay here a few times each year. Staff is OK, not very helpful and act like you are bothering them if you ask a question. The sales lady is completely rude and unprofessional, I forgot her name. If it wasn't for Rudy in the restaurant /bar, I would never stay here again. He is amazing and love to catch up with him when in town. Honestly, if he ran the entire hotel this place would have 10 stars.
