The staff, most of them, are rude and/or death on limbs. No empathy. No personality. Most confusing and unorganized week, YES WEEK, of my life.. I stayed with my friend while he had some blood clots desolved (hopefully) ...They were giving him oxycodone and dilated prior to surgery. Then we he came out of anestegia, NOTHING but Tylenol?.. He was in so much pain over the weekend at Mt Sinai. I'm sitting here now and am still bedazzled. Oh yes.. A nurse woke me at 3:30 am Saturdayvmorning yelling at me to leave or she is going to call security. Apparently, my friend had left the building and was stumbling around outside somewhere. He had been gone for over 2 hrs and they discharged him. He eventually called me and was re-admitted thru ER. He has been yelling and crying for 2 days. I'm going to the store to get him a bottle of wine..
