I have worked with Delroy Bodley on many sales, purchases, and rentals for over 10 years. He is the best; knowledgeable and smart which makes him a great negotiator, as well as very nice and kind which makes him great to work with. I've had the opportunity to observe many other parties' brokers and every interaction only makes me more glad to have met and worked with Delroy for so long.
