So disappointed in the altering service and customer service. I had bought my wedding dress from White Lace & Promises obviously for my wedding. I paid $300 for alterations only for my dress hook on my skirt to fail the day of my wedding. I had to walk down the aisle holding my skirt up (it was a 2 piece ). When I called White Lace and Promises and explained what had happened, the response I get is "well when you were here for your final fitting it didn't fall off so there is nothing I can offer you, you can bring it in and have it fixed if you want". WOW is all I have to say about that response. Why would I come pay your company more money to fix what the alterations lady Clearly put on wrong in the first place. Terrible customer service and would not recommend this store to anyone!
