Poor services from this company, i feel cheated. i visited their office everything is questionable. Poor communication, i had to follow up and ask questions throughout the process, it took a month to get final update, i think the positive reviews here are fake, ask questions, ask to see their director before you leave your equipment with them. Ask for your equipment back once the assessment is done, i doubt if they have the lab in their office.

I have proof of messages and emails which most of them bounced going to the company director, i doubt if he exist, i asked many times for him to call me but in vain. These kind of comments will be flooded above with fake positive reviews and disappear.

Ask them questions, be confident before you submit your items.
