Super bad ! They follow nothing! My father needs eye drops against glaucoma every day, they forgot to put that in the file! He hasn't received anything in 3 weeks! He can become blind! And paaz also forgets to pass the file to geriatrics! My father ties them up 24 hours! Unworthy of humans! Amateurs!
The nurses, on the other hand, are doing well.
