I have been a customer of Toyota Of Huntington Beach for years, but this recent experience was the best I ever had. I love my new Tacoma and the experience I had. I love that the 'negotiation' experience, that we all typically dread, was about 5 minutes long and how Alexander, the service manager, came out to our table and sat with us; there wasn't a long back-and-forth process, but a quick deal was made. I have had 3 follow-up phone calls from their staff making sure I am happy with my new purchase. I would highly recommend Toyota Of HB for your new vehicle. They know how to treat their customers right!
