I ordered an essential part for my Brompton that I needed in quick order. EBC were unable to get the part to me within the stated delivery time, but they kindly emailed and called me immediately to let me know, giving a full explanation (they have stuff stored in other locations) and providing options to resolve the issue. None worked for me and I was able to cancel the order without any issue. Whilst I ended up sourcing the part from elsewhere, I was very impressed EBC''s prompt, flexible and understanding customer service - excellent!
