First time tattoo, so I was kind of nervous... the entire staff was genuinely nice and helpful and Rafael was a great artist and kept me comfortable the entire time. They gave clear instructions about taking care of the tattoo afterwards and invite you to come back with any questions or concerns. Clean, quick (tattoo was small) and really just the best experience I could have asked for!
