Buying a BMW or any car for that matter is like a marriage in terms of commitment. You ll need to service and take your car in for repairs and check ups if there s anything wrong with it over time. A good experience while buying a BMW is not even reflective of 1/10 of the overall experience. I would say the initial experience is not even that important in the grand scheme of things. What is important is who you will be dealing with afterwards and that is exactly where BMW London shines because they have Nick Nunes as a service consultant. He is just unbelievably polite, patient, genuine, and extremely extremely knowledgeable when it comes to BMWs. I love that I can email him or call him if I have any question and I will get a superb and timely response. Nick is an asset to this dealership and is the reason to why I would always choose to come back to BMW London for any work that needs to be done. I just feel genuinely taken care of and I say genuinely because some people are just good at making you perceive that you are being treated well but not in Nicks case, it is genuine next level customer service.
