This is my first time staying at Sofitel Sentosa, ...

This is my first time staying at Sofitel Sentosa, my experience was way below the price they are commanding from consumers. Here's a summary of my stay:

1) Check in time was 3pm but after arriving the property, my room was not ready till 4pm. Staff just told us to wait outside until room is ready. However, I was grateful for them to allow late checkouts till 2pm.
2) Had high tea at LeBar, there were 2 staff working. They were unfriendly throughout our interactions.
3) We had room service for dinner and requested for water. When the food came, there was no water and the staff said water is not part of his job, told us to call again. We had to call the third time for our water and it only came 2 hours later since we finished our food.
4) Had breakfast the next morning and food was decent. When I was digging into my fruit platter, I found there was MOULD on my grapes. How can you serve mouldy food at a 5 star hotel? I told the staff and was only offered a replacement.
5) While waiting for our shuttle bus at the lobby, we saw people alighting their vehicle and enter the hotel properly without safety check in via QR code and temperature checks. This doesn't make me feel safe staying at this hotel at all.

For the price I paid for my stay, I was extremely disappointed with my experience.
