I ordered Chicken Yaki Udon at lunch time. The dish came out from the kitchen 15 minutes after. It was NOT "Yaki" udon but dipped in very strong and salty miso based source though "Yaki" udon should be stair fried in lightly salt or soy source. I could not eat and left 80% of my lunch the first time in my life. The lady came to me and asked what's wrong. I explained that this was totally not something I was hoping to taste. The lady's excuse was that it is more Americanized (I strongly doubt). Then she offered me if I like teriyaki chicken (that's only nice part) but I did not want another 15 minutes so did not accept.
