Be careful if you decide to use this company. We started out with one price and it increased exponentially over a period of a year (from $3,000 to sometimes over $8,000 per month), even though the amount of work they were doing for us did not increase. They told us we needed all of this expensive protection for our business, and after utilizing another company, found out most of the compliance could have been set up at a fraction of the cost. They also debited my account and performed services that weren't agreed upon prior to the services being performed. BE CAREFUL: This can sink a company's working capital in small business.

Cloud management, help desk, VoIP, email/spam protection, network security...ZERO complaints! Life is easier. These folks are great!

Was having a VPN and Email sign-on problem. The VPN problem corrected itself after a 10 minute wait. The email error had a Windows password error which Brandon cleared and Outlook worked again. He also showed how to use web-mail to check my credentials to ensure that there is not a problem with those. Great job Brandon!

Jamie Myers is a rock star, a computer whisperer, a therapist for someone like me who needs every productive minute out of a laptop running Windows on one side of my Mac and occasionally needs reassurance that everything will be all right. She understands everything and thoughtfully, calmly, fixes it all, remotely at that. I couldn't do it without her.

If your business needs computer support, I highly recommend CTTS. Prior to retaining them to support my 7 person law firm's technology needs, I'd worked with two other firms. I used to have to call those firms frequently because our network and server were always having problems. CTTS concentrates on preventive maintenance. They do a great job keeping our systems operating so that we don't have nerve-wrecking down time. Jamie Myers, Kurt Rinear, Josh Wilmoth and the rest of their team are incredibly responsive when we do have questions or concerns. I'm fortunate to have found them.
