Customer service in the shop was miserable when I went last weekend. Staff seemed a bit irritated that we were even there. I had to come in because I'd ordered online and got the wrong size. After trying to get it resolved using their customer service was not working (seriously, no response in over a week). Only to come in and still be met with an attitude like I did something wrong.
