The room was awesome except for our sheets were dirty. We told them about it and they brought us new sheets and gave us 2 vouchers for $25 for that. Great! First day ordered a burger $15 and it took over an hour to get it. Went to dinner the next day to redeem the vouchers and took another hour, brought my husband food which was luke warm and didn't bring me mine for another 20 min. When asked for a manger she said she was sorry and they lost my order. Appreciated the honesty. Again our food was on them. The waitresses and waiters ignored us for 40 min with not one single question of how we are doing on both dinners. Terrible customer service. But the hotel is beautiful and our room was nice and clean.
