I went Friday night with a friend. The restaurant options are great, but they need to work out the kinks I m sure. I ordered a burger from Mini Mott and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. 45 minutes went by and I went up to check on it. Turns out they lost the ticket for my order and didn t know who it was for so they gave it to someone else. While I was there I asked for two bottles of water, and the girl was so flustered she didn t even give them to me until I asked twice and then didn t ring me up. I mentioned I hadn t paid for the water (more than $6 by the way) and instead of doing what I thought would have been the right thing by comping me the waters for giving my food to someone else and having to wait almost an hour (at which point my friend was done with her dinner) she proceeded to interrupt a transaction with someone else to process the charge for my water.
