They are rude and disrespectful. Harrassing me and my husband to the extreme. The company would rather put down you refused to pay them then take the 10 dollars a month you can afford. Every person they transfer you to yells at you and makes you feel less than. Some of the comments from them were...."well you work I don't see why you can't pay more" or "I don't care about your financial situation." I'm going to take the time to find out who to report them to. I really don't know how they sleep at night. Disgraceful.
