If I could give Quick Mobile Fix no stars it would be more appropriate. Have bought 3 phones off them, with their guarantee that they will fix phones if faulty within a year. Got our refurbished iPhone 7 for my 12 year old son. The battery charging port failed after only about 5 months. We sent it back to mobile fix in November. We have been waiting over 2 months now and still no phone. I have emailed every 2 weeks then every week after that and kept getting told 1 -5 days. They still have the phone and I have a distraught 12 year old. This is frustrating and upsetting. Will never use again.
