Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. Matt Davis, the service manager there couldn't even apologize to me first for the poor service I received on my car, where I lost a bolt out of the axle of my car because the techs did not torque to spec, which almost cause me and my family to get into a wreck. All he could do was just argue with me that I was wrong and there was nothing he could do for me. And same thing from the service advisor Robert McMillian. Both of them were basically calling me a liar and would never help me resolve the issue right. What kind of customer service is that? STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! EVERYONE IS SHADY THERE!
