I got two rooms, one was booked by Expedia for me ...

I got two rooms, one was booked by Expedia for me thru my Bank and one was when I walked in. The next day when we inquire about complimentary breakfast, my wife was told that our rate was not qualified for breakfast, when I asked the reason, I was told it's because it was done in Expedia, I said, It's ok with the one with Expedia but how about the walk in room checked in of King room(200+$ room), then I was told, you should ckecked when you paid cause she cannot check the rate anymore, this does not make sense to me, because it should be in their system. Customers are not guesser, we should be explained of what are the amenities we are getting and expecting. Delayed response to request, we requested for towels and botted waters, aside from being specific in numbers because they know we are 5 (2 rooms, check the number of occupants-5), what came were 4 that we have to call 2x to follow up. Frustrating.The rest were fine.
