Soooo. I was asked months ago by one of the life partners (Rob) to come in and try a cross fit class... It wasn't until my coworker mentioned it again just last month.... I arrived and I was immediately comfortable... The class is challenging, nonetheless, amazing. The crew is all around encouraging and extremely supportive... Thank you !!!!Keep up the great work
