We spent a beautiful 11 days in your hotel. We were happy with the accommodation, the food tasted great and the whole area was nice. We loved the beach, it just wanted to add a couple of reeches. Our children, aged 12, really enjoyed it and we adults had a great rest.
Unfortunately, I had one inconvenience. I took Thai massage on the beach, when some woman come and stop it as forbidden. She was dressed in a swimsuit, without introducing herself and without any explanation. She was so unpleasant, I was really taken aback by it. I'm a grown-up, arbitrary woman and she yelled at me on the beach and called me " darling". I've never experienced this kind of behavior from hotel staff in my life. I later saw her in reception of your spa , so I assume she works in your hotel. And as for the massage, I didn know about any restriction, nobody has informed me. It wasn written anywhere in your hotel. Many people take it on the beach without any problem. And if there some
competition, so that's the problem your hotel and not your guests.
It is a great shame that this incident disrupted an otherwise great holiday in your hotel, where all the other staff were very kind and willing. Pavla
