Visited this afternoon with my granddaughters to buy anniversary gifts for their parents. Not only were we overcharged without a receipt, when we were purchasing the gifts at the till I said to my granddaughters to remind me to remove the price tag before we wrapped it. The lady serving us said don't worry she'll do it for us. However, when I got home to wrap it with them, they had started to try and get it off but it had gone all sticky and basically left it in a mess so I then had to spend half an hour trying to peel it off with my hairdryer, nail varnish remover etc. Not very impressed at all it just shows lack of respect, especially as they knew it was a present as well. It is just annoying and shows that they don't care about the customer. Will definately not return and definately do not recommend.

Wonderful little shop full of treasure's, thingummyjigs, and wot-nots. Very useful when you need a present.

This above comment is completely untrue. They are lovely people, a wonderful service and a great array of things to choose from! If you live locally you must go and visit, you will find a present for anyone and everyone (including yourself..).

These are probably some of the nastiest and rudest people I've ever come across.

I had heard from other friends around the area that it was run by some unpleasant people and (rather unsurprisingly after that!) the staff were rude but i just couldn't believe it.

Do not shop here they're a hateful bunch.

What a lovely South East London treasure! The staff are friendly and really helpful - it's a welcome atmosphere from the minute you step in. They stock an individual range of homewares, gifts and children's that chic, colourful and stylish. It's just a shame they only have two stores. A must stop for anyone looking for the perfect present!

Great jewellery, clothes, novelty gifts and cards for all occasions. The staff made me feel welcome and showed patience.

A very nice local gift shop. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They advise on gift ideas and wrap them for you. Overall an excellent service.
