Really no star. can't review without one. I cant describe my stay. I had a room booked 2 weeks in advance. 6 hours of travel to get to the city for 3 meetings the next day. I have a confirmation email from the Marriott with number in hand. The manager tells me he doesn't have the reservation and he is all booked up, after delaying me in the lobby for 90 minutes. He tells me he has me set up in the Sheraton 3 miles away. I call the Sheraton on may way out and they don't have a room for me. Its 9 pm and i'm sitting in my rented car in front of the JW Marriott trying to find a room. My advice is do not do business with the Marriott.
